Good-bye Wynn!! Welcome Bonni...

Oh my....aren't we going to miss our good old Wynn? Here is a pic of her at a 2004 party, if you (the older students) remember more details of the occasion, please share them. Anyway, let's also welcome Bonni, she seems very nice and sweet.

Sam and I are working on the Orientation Week for our new 3 students who will join us this term: Kristi, Jane and Abby.

I am also still trying to figure how this works and waiting for some of you to share tips about how to make different sections or folders (for instance I think we should have a permanent section of events divided maybe between academic, social and political...), so I hope to hear from you soon.

This is a space for all the UBC Women Studies Graduate Students and it is intended to maximize our communication by sharing ideas and posting articles, events and news. Please use it freely and responsibly so we can all enjoy it.

Eventually we might host a web page but so far this is accesible, easy and free!
I am personally not very familiar with this but it seems easy, so I am sure we can all learn fast how it works, even the most computer intimidated-challeged (Yes Suzy, I mean YOU!). We need the collaboration of everybody to make interesting links, and keep it moving and alive.
